RG Piano Tuning & Repairs was founded by Raphael Guida and his love for music. Raphael has been playing piano since he was 9 years old. Raphael attended the Fabrario’s School of Music in Mount Vernon, NY for over 10 years. Raphael’s love for music also led him to play a variety of instruments including the violin, oboe, clarinet, and trumpet. Using his talents, Raphael was a member of the Manhattan College Jazz Band and plays at Church events.
Raphael’s love for playing the piano inspired him to study and understand the mechanics and techniques behind the instrument. Raphael is a certified piano technician from the American School of Piano Tuning. He has made this business one of his favorite hobbies aside from his weekly job as electrical engineer in New York City.
